Damage deposit- A damage deposit of US$400 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Cancellation policy- There is no charge for cancellations made before 18:00 (property local time) on April 15, 2024. Cancellations or changes made after 18:00 (property local time) on April 15, 2024 or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
Additional policies- After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival.
